Morning departure from Bishkek. Scenic drive along Issyk-Kul Lake and through mountain landscapes of the Tien Shan.
Stop in Bokonbaevo village to visit a traditional eagle hunter and enjoy lunch in a local family home.
Continue to the famous Fairy Tale (Skazka) Canyons, where wind-shaped red sandstone formations create surreal desert scenery.
Arrival in Jeti-Oguz village. Guesthouse accommodation and rest before the expedition.
After breakfast the horseback adventure begins.
Ride through forested mountain trails, along rivers and waterfalls, towards wide alpine meadows of Kok-Zhayyk Valley. Picnic lunch in nature.
Continue riding to the foot of the majestic Oguz Bashi Peak. Camp near a nomadic yurt.
