The ‘Kyrgyz EXPO 2025’ exhibition is taking place in Bishkek.

At its opening today, November 13, the president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic Temir Sariev spoke.

According to him, the event is aimed at demonstrating the achievements of Kyrgyz business, supporting exporters, and establishing the exhibition as an annual international forum.

Sariev said that holding the exhibition is a practical tool for implementing the National Development Program until 2030, where industrialization, processing development, and creation of production clusters are prioritized.

According to the CCI, in the first half of 2025, the volume of direct foreign investments in Kyrgyzstan’s economy amounted to $562.7 million, which is 22% higher than the same period last year.

The exhibition is attended by more than 150 companies and over 1000 business representatives from Kyrgyzstan, CIS countries, Europe, and Asia. International organizations and foreign development institutions also participate.

The exhibition covers agriculture, textiles, IT, energy, tourism, and other sectors.

Sariev reported that the CCI plans to establish ‘Kyrgyz EXPO’ as an annual international forum. The possibility of holding the next exhibition in 2026 within the framework of Kyrgyzstan’s chairmanship in the SCO is being considered.

The event is taking place at the renovated Small Sports Arena named after D. Omurzakova in Bishkek.
