Bishkek, 24.11.25. /Kabar/. A new recreation base will be built on the Karkyra pasture in the Tyup district, reports the Issyk-Kul Region Development Fund.
According to the fund, in 2025, a local entrepreneur prepared a project for the construction of a recreation base and applied to the organization. By decision of the Supervisory Board, the entrepreneur was allocated an interest-free loan of 15 million soms. According to the project, 19 buildings with a total capacity of 200 people will be built, including an administrative building, dining hall, conference hall, entertainment center, and medical service point.
“The construction of this recreation base will not only create new jobs but also provide modern conditions for vacationers and foreign tourists. Today, the first tranche of funds has already been financed. Construction work is currently underway,” the fund noted.
