From December 20 to 22, avalanches and snowdrifts are forecasted in the mountainous regions of Kyrgyzstan, reports the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The danger persists on the following road sections: Bishkek — Osh: 121–138 km (Too-Ashuu pass), 198–255 km (Ala-Bel pass, Chychkan gorge); Ala-Buka — Kanysh-Kyya: 68–74 km, 86–101 km (Chapchyma pass); Krasnaya Gorka — Ak-Tash: 0–3 km; Myrzake — Kara-Kulja — Alaykuu: 65–110 km; Karakol — Enilchek: 45–90 km (Chon-Ashuu pass); Balykchy — Kazarm — Jalal-Abad: 326–349 km (Kok-Art pass). The Ministry reminds to maintain a distance of at least 500 meters between vehicles. In case of emergencies, call 112.
