Participants of the international auto-tourist expedition Silk Road Rally, which started from Germany, have arrived in Osh. 16 foreign tourists in 8 cars traveled through Europe and Central Asia along the Great Silk Road route. The main goal of the expedition is to develop tourist and cultural ties between countries, promote the tourist potential of Central Asia, and popularize the historical significance of the Great Silk Road. The expedition participants were solemnly welcomed by Osh Mayor Zhanarbek Akaev. The guests were presented with memorable gifts. Following the meeting, Silk Road Rally participants donated 5 of the 8 cars they traveled in to the city. After that, the tourists continued their journey to Turkey by plane.
