The opening ceremony is scheduled in Bishkek, and the main competitions will take place at venues in the Issyk-Kul region. Organizers emphasize that attention will be focused on demonstrating the cultural heritage of the Kyrgyz people and the traditions of nomadic civilization.
It is expected that the event will receive active coverage by foreign media: more than 500 journalists from 56 countries will arrive.
