From March 3 to 4, the international tourism exhibition ITB Berlin-2026 is taking place in Berlin.
As reported by the Department of Tourism, the official opening of Kyrgyzstan’s national stand was attended by Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Germany Omurbek Tekebayev, Director of the Department of Tourism Erdenet Kasymov, and Head of the Fund for Tourism Development Support in the Kyrgyz Republic Adilet Januzakov.
The stand features 11 tour companies, 4 destinations, and the Association of Tour Operators (KATO). The exhibition program includes B2B meetings and presentations of the country’s tourism opportunities. Special attention is paid to promoting the World Nomad Games and the international Issyk-Kul Forum named after Ch. Aitmatov.
It is noted that Kyrgyzstan’s participation in ITB Berlin-2026 is aimed at promoting the national tourism product, expanding international cooperation, and strengthening the country’s positions in the global tourism market.
