Kyrgyzstan’s Tourism Enters the World’s Largest Exhibition: 11 Tour Companies to Represent the Country in Berlin

Bishkek, 13.02.26 /Kabar/. The Fund for the Support of Tourism Development in the Kyrgyz Republic, together with the Department of Tourism under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic, is preparing for the country’s participation in the largest international tourism exhibition ITB Berlin 2026.

As reported by the fund, a working meeting was held with domestic tour operators, representatives of destinations, and the Kyrgyz Association of Tourism Organizations (KATO). Participants discussed the formation of the National Stand and approaches to presenting Kyrgyzstan’s tourism potential.

It is reported that in 2026, Kyrgyzstan will be represented at the exhibition by 11 tour companies, 3 destinations, and KATO. The National Stand will be designed in a unified concept and focused on promoting the country’s brand, establishing B2B contacts, and expanding international cooperation.

The fund emphasized that participation in such international platforms is a strategic tool for strengthening business ties and promoting Kyrgyzstan’s tourism potential in the European market, where tens of thousands of industry professionals from around the world gather annually.
