Turmush — Today, May 22, in the city of Osh, as part of the VII International Tourist Festival “Salam, Osh!”, a regional round table was held on the topic: “Economic and climatic foresight analysis of agriculture, tourism and trade in the Fergana Valley”.
This was reported by the press service of the plenipotentiary representation of the president in the Osh region.
More than 60 representatives from Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan took part in the event — employees of state bodies, experts, analysts and industry specialists.
At the round table, the deputy plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Osh region T.K. Arstankulov delivered a welcoming speech. He noted the importance of strengthening regional cooperation between the countries of the Fergana Valley, sustainable economic development and joint actions towards a “green” economy.
During the meeting, issues of analysis of climatic and economic changes in the areas of agriculture, tourism and trade, development of cross-border cooperation and creation of new economic opportunities were discussed.
