Tazabek – President Sadyr Japarov, by decree No. 133 dated March 31, 2026, established the State Agency for Tourism Development under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The new structure is created on the basis of the Tourism Department under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, as well as the relevant functions of the ministry itself in the tourism sector.
In connection with this, the composition of the National Tourism Development Council in the Kyrgyz Republic has also been changed.
The decree enters into force on the day of official publication.
