Tazabek – A board meeting of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce was held with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers — Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry Bakyt Torobaev. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy.
According to Fund Director Adilet Januzakov, as a result of strengthening financial control, the Fund managed to recover 56.1 million som in accounts receivable, including full repayment of loans for projects in Naryn and Tosor village.
“Consolidated funds were directed to the implementation of key infrastructure projects. Today, 11 out of 18 Rest Point network facilities are operational, the rest are at a high stage of readiness. Additionally, grant funds from the World Bank in the amount of more than $4.5 million have been attracted for the construction of three new facilities in Osh region,” he explained.
Januzakov reported that the Fund’s subsidiary company — GoBus — provides regular passenger transportation and acts as a logistics partner for major tourist and image events. Currently, preparations are underway to introduce an electronic ticketing system for intercity transportation.
In parallel, the Fund promotes nationally significant projects aimed at attracting investments and creating long-term economic effects. Active work with investors is underway on the international sports complex project “Tamga–Tosor,” with a total investment volume exceeding $100 million. Development of Baytik Mountain Resort and Chatkal Mountain Resort projects continues.
