An annual meeting of OJSC “Fund for Support and Development of Tourism in the Kyrgyz Republic” was held in Bishkek, where the results of work for 2025 were summed up.
During the meeting, Director of the State Agency for Tourism Development Eduard Kubatov approved the Fund’s performance results and noted the key achievements of the past year.
According to him, 2025 became a turning point for the organization: the Fund transitioned from the investment stage to sustainable and profitable activities. At the same time, expenses were reduced by more than four times.
Tasks for the upcoming period were also outlined. Along with the implementation of large national-level projects such as Baitik Mountain Resort, Chatkal Resort, and the Tamga–Tosor route, active development of tourism infrastructure in the regions is planned in cooperation with local self-government bodies.
