In the Botanical Garden of Bishkek, based on the laboratory of ornamental plants, the fifth annual Wild Tulip Festival will take place on April 10-11.
According to the organizers, guests will enjoy a variety of collections of garden and wild tulips of Kyrgyzstan, bright colors of spring, and unique natural harmony. Within the framework of the festival, a craft and flower fair will be held, where one can enjoy the creativity of masters and purchase unique items.
It is worth noting that 25 species of tulips grow in the nature of Kyrgyzstan, eight of which are endemics. For example, the Upward-Striving tulip grows in nature only on Sary-Chelek, nowhere else in the world can it be found in the wild.
The festival will take place at: Bishkek, Gorky Street, 212a.
